Creamy Lemon Meringue Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 or 9-inch) baked pie shell or graham cracker pie shell
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. ReaLemon lemon juice
3 eggs, separated
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
few drops yellow food coloring (optional)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In mixing bowl, beat egg yolks; add milk, lemon juice and coloring.
Pour into pie crust.
Beat egg whites with cream of tartar to soft peaks.
Gradually add sugar; beat until stiff.
Spread on pie; seal to edge.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes.
Cool and chill.
