Easy Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 (32 oz.) thick spaghetti sauce
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 (15 oz.) container small curd cottage cheese
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    8 oz. lasagna noodles (uncooked)
Preparation
    Brown beef and drain off excess fat.
    Add sauce and water; simmer about 10 minutes.
    Combine remaining ingredients, except lasagna, for filling.
    Pour about 1 cup on bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Layer 3 pieces of uncooked lasagna over sauce. Continue alternating layers of lasagna and filling.
    Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Remove foil and bake about 10 minutes longer.
    Allow to stand about 10 minutes before serving.
    (Lasagna will expand to fill empty spaces.)
