Texas Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen hash browns
1/2 c. chopped fine onions
salt and pepper
1 can cream of celery or chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 c. grated medium sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation

Mix together.
Put in 9 x 12-inch buttered pan.
Top with 1/2 cup crushed corn flakes and 1/4 cup melted butter.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
