Cauliflower Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cauliflower
    3 eggs
    1/4 lb. cheese
    1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes
    1/2 c. flour
    1 garlic clove
    1 slice onion
Preparation
    Cook the cauliflower in water; drain. Mix the cauliflower and the cheese; form little balls. Roll the balls in flour. Beat the egg white until it is like foam. Add the yolk. Dip the balls in the egg mixture. Grind the garlic, onion and the can of tomatoes. Cook in oil. Fry the cauliflower balls and then add them to the boiling tomato mixture. Add salt to taste.
