Apple Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. Mazola or Wesson oil
2 c. sugar
3 well beaten eggs
3 apples, peeled and cut up
1 c. pecans
2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Sift flour, soda and salt together three times. Mix oil with sugar; add eggs; add apples and pecans. Stir flour mixture in with egg mixture. Add vanilla; pour into two 9-inch cake pans. Put into cold oven. Set at 300\u00b0 and bake for 45 minutes or until straw comes out clean.
