Peanut Butter Banana Snack Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mashed ripe bananas
    1/2 c. applesauce
    1/2 c. reduced-fat peanut butter
    1 c. evaporated skim milk
    3 Egg Beaters
    1 yellow cake mix
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 can low-fat vanilla frosting
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    2 Tbsp. skim milk
    2 Tbsp. peanut butter
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix bananas, applesauce and peanut butter.
    Beat well.
    Add milk and Egg Beaters; beat on high.
    Add cake mix and flour.
    Beat on high 2 minutes.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes.
    Cool.
    Spread frosting on cake.
    Beat together remaining ingredients and drizzle over frosting.
    Store in refrigerator.
