Carrot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. grated carrot
    1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 c. flour, sifted
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    dash of nutmeg
    1 c. finely chopped nuts
Preparation
    Combine sugar, eggs, oil and vanilla in mixing bowl.
    Stir in carrot, orange rind and lemon juice.
    Sift together flour, soda, salt and spices; stir into first mixture.
    Fold in nuts.
    Pour batter into a greased loaf pan and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
