Ingredients

1 c. butter, softened
1 c. sugar
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. crushed corn flakes cereal
1/2 c. flaked coconut
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. regular oats, uncooked
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Cream
butter;\tgradually
add\tsugars, beating well at medium speed
of\tan electric mixer.
Add egg and beat well.; add
oil and
vanilla,
mixing well.
Combine flour, soda and salt;\tadd to creamed mixture, mixing well.
Stir in oats and rest of ingredients.
Shape dough into 1-inch balls.
Place on ungreased cookie sheets and flatten balls with tines of fork. Bake
at
325\u00b0 for
15
minutes.\tCool
slightly; remove from cookie sheets, and cool.
Yield:
10 dozen.
