Seafood Bisque - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter
1/2 c. onion
1/2 c. celery
1 can cream of asparagus soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. milk (whole)
2 c. cream
1 pt. shrimp, crab, scallops, lobster (use 2 or more seafoods)
dash of Tabasco sauce, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Saute onion and celery in butter.
Add to onion mixture two or more fresh seafoods (shrimp, crab, scallops or lobster).
Mix soup, milk and seasonings together; add to seafood.
Heat, but do not boil.
