Alaska Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. crushed (drained) pineapple
    1 1/2 c. shredded coconut
    1 c. Rice Krispies cereal
    1 c. chopped nuts
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    2 c. grated carrots
    2 c. plain flour
Preparation
    Cream sugar and oil together in large mixing bowl.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
    Combine dry ingredients and add
    alternately
    with buttermilk and vanilla, mixing
    until smooth.
    Fold
    in
    remaining
    ingredients.
    Pour equal amounts of batter into
    3
    well-greased and floured 8 or 9-inch round cake pans.
    Bake
    in
    preheated
    350\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
    Cool 10 minutes.
    Remove
    from
    pans
    and frost with orange cream frosting when completely cool.
