Cream Of Mushroom Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped fresh mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/4 c. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 c. milk
    2 beef bouillon cubes, dissolved in 1 c. boiling water
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms and onion in butter until tender (5 to 8 minutes).
    Stir occasionally.
    Blend in flour; add milk slowly and then beef stock, stirring to blend.
    Add salt and pepper and cook, stirring constantly until soup is thickened.
