Hot Roll Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. bread flour
    2 1/2 c. dry milk
    1 c. shortening
    1 heaping Tbsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    3 c. mix
    1 c. warm water
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water to which sugar has been added.
    Mix liquid with mix until well blended.
    Knead on floured board. Allow to rise until double in bulk.
    Make into rolls and allow to rise again until double in bulk.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
