Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. regular long grain rice
    1 qt. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. raisins
    2 eggs
    1/3 c. granulated sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Wash rice.
    Place in a heavy pot and stir in regular milk and salt.
    Cook, covered, for 45 minutes or until rice is tender.
    Add 1/4 cup evaporated milk and raisins.
