Chocolate Decadence(The Original) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. semi-sweet or bittersweet chocolate, cut into small pieces
    5 oz. sweet butter
    5 large eggs, separated
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    Raspberry Sauce (recipe follows)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Line an 8 x 2-inch round cake pan with parchment or waxed paper.
    Melt chocolate and butter in a small bowl place in a barely simmering water bath over low heat, stirring occasionally until smooth.
    Or, cook in a microwave oven on Medium (50% power) for about 2 1/2 minutes.
    Stir until completely melted and smooth.
    Whisk in egg yolks and flour; set aside.
