Cheese Fingers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 loaves day old bread
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    melted margarine
    3 (8 oz.) cans Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Remove crust from bread.
    Combine eggs with milk.
    Put melted margarine into bowl and cheese in another.
    Dip 1 slice bread in egg mixture and place in between 2 slices of dry bread.
    Cut into 4 pieces.
    Dip each piece in margarine, then in cheese, leaving bottom side clean.
    Place uncheesed side down on cookie sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Yield:
    About 80.
