Bacon Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. milk
1 egg
2 chickens
1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
ground pepper
1/2 lb. chopped bacon
Preparation

Combine milk, egg and chicken in a large bowl.
Chill 1 hour. Mix flour, salt and pepper in a medium bowl.
Coat chicken with flour mixture.
Shake off excess.
Cover the bottom of a large frying pan with bacon.
Place chicken on top of bacon.
Cook, uncovered, over medium-low heat for 50 minutes until chicken is tender.
Drain on paper towels.
Sprinkle with any loose bacon.
