Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 Tbsp. cocoa
    2/3 c. milk
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. white corn syrup
    dash of salt
    1 c. chopped pecans
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Place cocoa and milk over low heat and stir until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.
    Stir in sugar, corn syrup and salt.
    Cook until a soft ball is formed when portion is dropped in cold water.
    Remove from heat and add butter.
    Cool without stirring until lukewarm and add vanilla.
    Beat until thick and glossy, stir in pecans and spread in a buttered dish.
