Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
1 egg
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. chopped rhubarb
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 tsp. plus cinnamon
Preparation

Make your favorite pie crust.
Butter or use Pam on inverted muffin tins.
Cover tins with pie crust and flute.
Prick well. Bake in hot oven at 450\u00b0 until brown.
Cool.
Remove from tins and fill with any type of filling.
