Crock-Pot Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 c. chopped onions
    1 clove garlic, minced
    3 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 bay leaf
    1/2 c. beef stock
    1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
    3 (16 oz.) cans red kidney beans
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Brown beef in hot oil in skillet; discard excess fat. Put all ingredients into slow cooker. Stir once. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours. Discard bay leaf. Serve hot.
