Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (28 oz.) can diced tomatoes
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies
1 medium onion
1 medium fresh jalapeno pepper
3 to 4 good sized fresh garlic buds
3/4 to 1 c. chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 tsp. salt or to taste
Preparation

Chop onion, jalapeno pepper and garlic buds in food chopper or chop by hand very fine.
Diced tomatoes may have to be diced into smaller pieces.
Place all ingredients into an airtight container such as a Rubbermaid or Tupperware bowl with snap lid.
Great served with restaurant-style tortilla chips or your favorite Mexican dish.
