Anastasis Chicken Pie For 400 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    260 lb. whole chickens
    200 lb. potatoes
    4 boxes green peas
    seasonings (salt, pepper, sugar and cheese)
    pastry
Preparation
    Cook the chickens in the steamer.
    Place on sheet trays to cool.
    Remove the meat from the bone.
    Throw away the skin and bones and keep the meat.
    Remove the liquid from the steamer keeping the last 5 gallons to make a thick white sauce which the chicken will be put into before it goes into the pie crust.
