Sawdust Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen coconut
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
4 egg whites, beaten
1 egg yolk
1 c. sugar
1 c. pecans
1/4 tsp. almond extract
1 Tbsp. butter
1 Pet-Ritz pie shell (9 oz.)

Preparation

Bake pie shell at 350\u00b0 for 5 or 6 minutes.
Mix all ingredients together until well blended. Pour into shell and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until filling is set.
