Freezer Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cabbage, grated
    1 grated carrot
    1 green pepper, chopped fine
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. water
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Add salt to cabbage and
    let stand 1 hour.
    Squeeze out juice. Add carrot
    and
    pepper.
