Feather The Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 pkg. onion soup
    3 or 4 oz. sliced mushrooms
    2 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Place 1 cup uncooked rice in shallow baking pan.
    Toast in preheated oven at 400\u00b0, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.
