Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 tsp. soda
4 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. nuts
2 c. shredded carrots
Preparation

Mix oil, sugar and eggs.
Sift flour and dry ingredients together, then add to oil mixture.
Add carrots and nuts.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 in 2 pans, size 9-inch or 1 tube pan.
