Pleasant Hill Corn Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. softened butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
3 large eggs
2 c. fresh corn kernels or 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen whole kernel corn, thawed and chopped
1 3/4 c. milk
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Grease a shallow 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
Combine butter, flour, sugar and salt in a bowl; mix until smooth.
Stir in eggs.
Stir in corn and milk.
Pour into prepared dish.
Place in a larger baking pan and pour boiling water into a larger pan halfway up sides.
Bake 30 minutes; stir.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes more, or until a knife inserted in center of pudding comes out clean.
Cool 10 minutes before serving.
Makes 6 servings.
