Cream Cheese Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. cream or milk
4 c. powdered sugar
4 (4 oz.) pkg. unsweetened chocolate, melted
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. rum
dash of salt
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
Preparation

Beat cream cheese and cream until smooth.
Gradually beat in sugar, then blend in chocolate.
Stir in vanilla, rum, salt and 1 cup nuts.
Press into lightly greased 8-inch square pan and cover top with remaining nuts.
Mark in 64 pieces (about 1-inch squares) and chill for several hours or overnight.
Makes 1 pound.
