Noodle Dumplings For Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. flour
    1/2 c. dry Cream of Wheat
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add flour.
    Stir in Cream of Wheat.
    Let set for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Drop by small pieces into boiling broth or stock. (Dough is easy to stir when Cream of Wheat is first stirred into eggs, but becomes much stiffer as dough sets.)
