`Over-Night' Layered Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head iceberg lettuce (cut into bite sized pieces)
    1/2 cup diced green onions
    1 cup thinly sliced celery
    1 small can sliced water chestnuts (finely chopped)
    1 pkg. frozen peas
    2 cups mayonnaise
    2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. season salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 lb. sliced bacon (fried and crumbled)
    3 hard boiled eggs (sliced)
    2 medium tomatoes (sliced, to be arranged on top)
Preparation
    Layer above ingredients, in order listed.
