Sheraton Halibut - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. melted butter
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 to 3 Tbsp. horseradish
juice from 1/2 to 1 lemon
Wheat Thins crackers
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and place over halibut in a shallow baking dish. Crush Wheat Thins crackers over the top. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
