Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
2 c. pumpkin
2/3 c. water
1 c. salad oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soda
3 c. sugar
3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. pumpkin spice
1/2 c. nuts (if desired)
Preparation

Beat eggs, pumpkin, water, oil and vanilla.
Beat well.
Add sugar and beat.
Sift dry ingredients and add to pumpkin mixture, beating until well blended.
Grease and flour 4 bread pans, 9 x 5 x 3-inch.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Leave in pan about 10 minutes before turning out.
Batter will be thin.
Use ladle.
This bread freezes extremely well if packaged airtight.
