Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes
    2/3 c. butter
    2/3 c. flour
    4 green onions, chopped
    12 slices cooked bacon
    1 1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    8 oz. sour cream
Preparation
    Bake potatoes and let cool.
    Scoop out potatoes.
    Melt butter in heavy saucepan.\tAdd flour.
    Stir until smooth.\tCook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
    Gradually add milk.
    Cook until thick and bubbly.
    Put into crock-pot.
    Add potato pulp, salt, pepper, 2 pounds onions, 1/2 cup bacon and 1/2 cup cheese.
    Cool in crock-pot.\tStir in sour cream.
    May add more milk if too thick.
