Parsley Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. potatoes, peeled and cut into 2 inch pieces
1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
1/4 c. minced parsley
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

In saucepan, cook potatoes in water to cover until tender; drain.
Combine butter and parsley; pour over potatoes and toss to coat.
Season with salt and pepper.
Yields 6 to 8 servings.
