Pastry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. shortening
    2 small eggs, separated and beaten
    1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Cut in flour, salt and sugar with pastry blender until crumbly.
    Then work in the other ingredients until the right texture to work with.
