Oatmeal Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. boiling water
    1 c. hot coffee
    1 c. oatmeal
    1/2 c. molasses
    1/3 c. shortening
    3 tsp. salt
    1 yeast cake dissolved in 1/4 c. warm water
    2 eggs
    5 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix together boiling water, coffee, oatmeal, molasses, shortening and salt.
    Add the yeast cake dissolved in warm water. Add eggs and flour.
    Let rise 2 hours.
    Punch down.
    Form 2 loaves of bread.
    Put in greased loaf pans.
    Let rise again.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce oven temperature to 350\u00b0 and bake for 35 minutes.
