Sweet And Easy Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. carrots
1/2 c. orange juice
1/3 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Cut carrots into strips about 2 to 3 inches long; also cut lengthwise into halves or quarters (if large).
Boil in saucepan until tender.
Drain off excess water.
Mix together juice, brown sugar and flour.
Pour into saucepan and stir well.
Add margarine.
Stir occasionally until carrots are well coated. Serves 4.
