Ice Cream Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cocoa
    3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Beat eggs, salt and vanilla.
    Add other ingredients.
    Pour into wax papered jelly roll pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes. Pour onto powdered sugar coated pillow case (yes a real linen pillow case) and roll up.
    Cool completely.
    Fill with 1/2 gallon softened vanilla ice cream (or another kind if you prefer).
    Roll up.
    Freeze.
    Slice and serve.
    (I sometimes slice individual pieces, wrap and freeze.)
