My Strawberry Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box golden vanilla cake mix
1 large box instant vanilla pudding
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. water
1 large pkg. cream cheese
1 large container Cool Whip
1/4 c. sugar
1 small pkg. strawberry jello
boiling water
1 qt. sliced strawberries, thawed and sugared
Preparation

Prepare cake mix as directed; add box of pudding, 1/4 cup oil and 1/4 cup water. Pour into a pan. Bake as directed. Cool. Place cream cheese in bowl (softened); add 1/4 cup sugar. Beat well. Add Cool Whip; beat well (until creamy). Place jello and boiling water in a bowl. Stir until jello is dissolved. Add quart of strawberries. Place in refrigerator. Allow to chill and thicken. Place cream cheese mixture on cake; spread evenly. Spoon strawberry mixture on top. Store in refrigerator.
