Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
2 c. grated carrots
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together.
Beat eggs and oil together and add sifted dry ingredients; fold in carrots.
Grease and flour 2 or 3 cake pans and bake from 25 minutes to 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
You may also use a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan and bake for 35 minutes.
