Broccoli Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. can chunk white chicken, drained
    4 c. frozen broccoli cuts
    1 can low fat cream of chicken soup
    3/4 c. low fat mayonnaise
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. curry powder
    1/2 c. shredded low fat cheddar cheese
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Layer broccoli in a 7 x 11 inch baking dish. Top with chicken. In a separate bowl, combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and curry powder. Spread the soup mixture evenly over the chicken layer. Finish by sprinkling cheese on top and adding a light coating of bread crumbs. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. If desired, place under the broiler until lightly browned. Makes 6 servings.
