1 c. peanuts
1 c. raisins
1 c. sunflower seeds
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation

Peanuts,
raisins
and
sunflower seeds can be replaced with 3 cups of other
dry
ingredients like: wheat germ, coconut, chopped dates, apricots, walnuts and more oats.
