Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. macaroni
    1 large green pepper
    1 onion, chopped
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Cook macaroni.
    Drain and cool.
    Remove seeds and chop up pepper.
    Add onions and celery and mix with macaroni.
    Add remaining ingredients and chill overnight.
