Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cut spinach, thawed and squeezed
    5 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
    12 spring onions, chopped fine
    1 bunch fresh parsley, washed and chopped
    5 c. mayonnaise
    8 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Mix all items above in a large mixing bowl.
    Chill.
    To serve, place in smaller bowls around or on serving trays for vegetable trays.
    Serves 400.
