Peanut Butter Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 stick butter
    3 Tbsp. Karo syrup
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cut up a medium size Irish potato. Cook until tender. Drain; mash while hot. Add confectioners sugar until stiff enough to roll (you will need 2 to 3 boxes) on sugared board. Spread with peanut butter and roll like a jelly roll. When cool, slice and serve.
