Rock-Pop Trail Mix - cooking recipe

1 3 oz. pkg. reduced fat microwave popcorn
1 cup chopped dried fruit
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup reduced fat honey roasted peanuts
2 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation

Microwave the popcorn using package directions. Combine the popped popcorn, dried fruit, raisins, and peanuts in a large bowl and mix well. Mix the confectioners' sugar and cinnamon in
a small bowl. Sprinkle over the popcorn mixture and stir to coat. Makes 12 cups.
