Fresh Strawberry Pie(Club Member: Nicholas Thompson) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 baked pie shell
1 c. hot water
1 pkg. strawberry jello
1 pt. fresh strawberries, sliced
1 c. sugar
3 tsp. cornstarch
1 carton Cool Whip

Preparation

Mix sugar and cornstarch, then add hot water. Cook until thick. Add jello; cool, then add strawberries. Pour into baked pie shell and top with Cool Whip.
