2 large cans applesauce
1 gingerbread mix
Preparation

In a large Dutch oven, bring applesauce to bubbling boil.
Mix gingerbread, using 1/2 recommended liquid.
Pour mix over hot applesauce.
Cover and cook 7 to 8 minutes until gingerbread is done.
