Pizza Mac - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. macaroni, cooked
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1 c. water
    12 oz. can tomato paste
    1/2 clove garlic, minced
    1 green pepper, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
    oregano to taste
Preparation
    Spread cooked macaroni on pizza pan.
    In saucepan, cook about 1 pound of ground beef, onion, water, tomato paste, garlic, green pepper, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce
    and oregano; cook until done.
    Pour over macaroni.
    Sprinkle Mozzarella over top. Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese is hot and melted.
    Serve with garlic bread and butter.
