Broccoli-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. oleo
    1 pkg. chopped broccoli
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 small jar jalapeno Cheez Whiz (can use regular)
    1 1/2 to 2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Saute onion in oleo in a large skillet.
    Add frozen broccoli and cook until tender.
    Add soup and Cheez Whiz and heat until bubbly.
    Add rice and pour into a buttered casserole dish and bake at 375\u00b0 until it bubbles, about 20 to 25 minutes.
