Dolly'S Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1-1/2 lb. sirloin (or other lean meat)
1/2 c. ketchup
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. tomato juice
3/4 c. fresh bread crumbs
1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. black pepper
green pepper and/or celery is optional
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together with hands and put in a baking dish.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until desired doneness. After baking 45 minutes, pour extra ketchup on top and continue to bake.
